  1. I cannot wait to try it, Thanks so much for passing along the info
  2. Buddy's Pizza

unfortunatly this is not the case anymore ( It is too bad too because I heard the pizza was really good. They said it was not profitable, but there is a good pizza place in Berkely called Amici's that has good gluten free pizza, and even better martini's
  3. Troy Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, has a good chinese restaurant named Kim's that serves gluten free Chinese. The restaurant is on Long Lake in Troy. It is in the heart on the suburbs in Oakland County. The place is wonderful. You have to order through the manager, Margaret. She is truly wonderful and super nice. She is a pharmasist by trade, I believe, and she truly wants you to have a good experience. I cannot say how pleased and happy she made me with the food. Not only that, when I asked what was on their menu her response was we can pretty much do anything you want. There was not just 3 things!!!! There was a whole menu for me !!!! They even put little gluten free soy sauce packets in the bag. Another thing that I thought was super thoughtful was, other people ordered gluten food and she made sure to put that in a whole different plastic food so there was no interaction between the two foods. For anyone that lives in the area or plans on visiting I highly recommend the restaurant.
