Hello I was hoping someone might be able to recommend a gluten-free sausage. Like the Italian kind used to make sausage and peppers. My daughter rarely eats meat and the Italian sausage was one of the few she enjoyed before celiac disease diagnosis. Thanks so much for any ideas. Nancy

What is millet and is it safe? I remember reading it was questionable. My gluten-free cereal lists it as an ingredient though.

Hi Tammy I have a three year old daughter with celiac disease. She has been gluten-free four months. Along with a Ped. GI she sees someone who practices alternative med. She recomended Aloe concentrate along with a few other things. It's nice to see someone has had positive results. It's hard to tell if these things do any good with my daughter. Nancy

Kinnikinnick makes the best sandwich bread in my opinion. I lightly toast it and it blows all the others away. My three year old eats it and she is just reciently gluten-free. My health food store has it but it can also be ordered at Open Original Shared Link
