  1. Hello - I'm so sorry for your illness. I was just diagnosed with celiac last week after a series of tests, a colonoscopy, etc. following a very scary bout with severe weight loss, anemia, etc. My kids were really fearful to see their mama sliding downhill so fast. I've only been gluten free (aside from a few newbie "oops" moments) for a few weeks, and already my anemia is markedly better. If your symptoms don't improve with a new diet, I wonder if you've been tested for fructose malabsorption, Lyme disease, and also some broader spectrum tests for parasites/other infections? A friend had symptoms like mine and it turned out she had h.pylori. She's fine now. Good luck!!
