I am 18 years old. I was diagnosed when I was in grade 7, but was in denial about through most of highschool, and even some now. I try and stick to the diet, but sometime I just slip up and cheat.. especially if there is Pizzs or lassania in the house.

The doctor that works at the Hyperbaric Chamber in Coquitlem BC, is the one that first diagnosed me. He is really good. He gave me a list of the good and bad foods, and gave me some pills as well. That helped too, to heal the digestive tract.

I was diagnosed in 1999. I am also dairy intolerant, and have some problems with fruits as well
