  1. I have not been feeling well for the last 2 months with morning stiffness, muscle soreness and I do not sleep well. I have no trouble falling asleep but it is not a deep sleep. I think I may have Fibromyalgia. I am scheduled to see my GI doctor which is part of the Celiac Disease Center in NYC on June 8th but i am thinking I need to check this out also. I am so upset and frustrated the way I feel. I have always been active and worked out and now I can hardly lift any weights for the past 3 months.
  2. go to glutenfreerestaurants.org There are a number of gluten-free restaurants in NYC.
  3. Anyone find a good tasting rice protein shake. I can't do dairy any longer.
  4. Oh you can't have the La Choy, it definitely has wheat in the sauce. I bought on-line the San-J Organic wheat free soy sauce. All soy sauces have wheat in them. be careful!
  5. I was diagnosed two years ago and have been following gluten free however, I'm not sure if I am getting hidden gluten when I eat out and this is causing me problems for the last 5 months? I partially tore a bicep hamstring tendon in Jan and it is still not fully healed. From that I have severe muscle soreness in my right arm and hand, even my two middle fingers don't bend! All this pain on my right side only. I have always been active and had no problem with muscle strength, I am a gym rat and I lift weights. I went to a nutritionist and she put me on Metagenics Inflamax which is designed for Celiac patients in mind. I have an appt for a followup with a new gastroenterologist next week. This is really frightening me. I also don't sleep well and in the morning I can hardly move, i ache allow over. anyone have any similar pain?
