UPDATED 12/6/2006 - I made a half batch just to test them out and they were good. Not really fugdy tasting, but chocolatey and nutty. Definitely not 36 pieces, I'd say 16 or 25!

I found this recipe in my December Good Housekeeping magazine. With the right brands it could be gluten-free. Oh wow! I am about 100 miles north of you. I know this family goes down to SLC to see the doctors. I know they (even the parents) go to Kid's Diabetes camps and Celiac camps in the state. Hi, I joined this site to ask this question. My wonderful neighbors are the best neighbors ever. Both parents work and they have 4 girls. The 8 y.o. has celiac's and is also diabetic.
