Thanks Courtney for your input. Just came from a celiac meeting and also asked the question there... as you can imagine, reactions varied, although most stated they've know within hours. I still need to figure this out for myself.

New to the board so this questions might have been asked before ... Has anyone compared reaction times to ingesting gluten? I can't seem to figure it out (just yet) for myself with my particular case of DH. At times, I think I should be outbreak free and I am not and vice versa. I've read on line that some individuals have outbreaks up to 6 months after...
