I also have Candida and gluten sensitivities. I never use to be gluten intolerant, but after 6 years of horrible Candida problems, I now have a sensitivity to it. So I don't think gluten problems cause Candida overgrowth. It is the other way around. Candida is known for causing lots of food sensitivities and gluten is only one of them. I think I read somewhere...
