Hi. I just had extensive blood work done by naturopath which revealed positive gliadin deamidated IGA antibody, but all other blood work was normal (liver, thyroid, vitamin and iron levels, lipids, gliadin IGG, c reactive protein, etc). Does the positive gliadin iga antibody in itself mean I have celiac? I have no symptoms. I meet with him Monday.
