Hi! We live in a community that harvests grain. We are newly diagnosed with celiac but I am curious about how harvesting grain could be affecting us. They have in the last 2 weeks cut the grain, broke it down and put it into grain trucks and also baled some of it. Now they are disc-ing what is left up and the wind is blowing really bad.
