I was most pleased to see that Coffee Mate coffee creamer has now added a Green - Gluten Free label to their containers. My husband used to use this product quite a bit and even though we had called them to verify that it was absoultely Gluten-Free, to see that label on their newer containers was very nice. Since a regular old White Sauce recipe is used for so many saucy type of foods, I find this one to work very well in anything I've used it in so far from Veggie Lasagne (with Rice Noodles of course etc.), to Tuna Casserole to making a cheese sauce (if you can eat cheese that is) to whatever.
