  1. I have to do a gluten challenge before getting tested for celiac disease. This will require me to eat about 10g of gluten every day for the next four weeks. I have been very successful at keto (max 20g carbs per day) for the last 15 months which by eating low carb essentially eliminates gluten from the diet. I'm okay with stalling with the weight loss...
