I'm going to spend a week teaching in Egypt (Cairo) next january. I've been gluten-free for 6 months now, but still undergoing a lot of crisis and pain even though I'm very careful with everything I eat. I'm starting to worry about what I'll be able to eat in Egypt (+ afraid of the language problem). Have you been there? How did you manage? Thanks...

I'm French, and the main celiac organisation here lists Nutella as safe. I eat it all the time (as many French people I know, I couldn't live without it!)
