I have just discovered, after having Celiac for almost 10 years and an FSA for just as long, that I can submit documentation and get reimbursed for the difference in price between a non-gluten-free product and the gluten-free version. This must be an infrequently used option as their call center staff had a tough time even explaining to me what documentation...
