I'd love to know the answer to this as well. My IgA result was 25 and my doctor told me it was "mildy positive". I have to go for more tests and I have an appointment with a new GI specialist next month. I can't find anything definitive online. Is 25 normal, positive or what? Talk about frustrating! I wish doctors would read these boards and see how frustrating... -

Thanks for the words of advice. I should find out the results of my latest test next week, although hopefully it will be something more definitive than "IgA 25 is a weak positive". Um.... Great, thanks. Regardless, I think it might be worth trying the diet for 6 weeks just to see. I'm pretty much willing to try anything to feel better at this point. I have... -
