My daughter (diagnosed Celiac age 5yo, now 14yo) has vomiting as her primary reaction when glutened, 2-3 hours after ingestion, and only with large amounts of gluten as you mentioned. We see it as a good thing as it gets the “poison” out quickly and completely. We don’t use any antiemetics for that reason. I think there are a lot of different ways ...
