I came across this site, for a couple of hours now I have been in agony. The pain is unreal and it is caused by the coffee creamer coffee mate. I know this because after the first time with this pain, I stopped drinking coffee and just to make sure I had a cola so it wasnt caffeine. My body was sore the next day but the pain was gone. so just to be sure...
