Hi, I'm 22 and for the last two years have been suffering with digestion problems (like heartburn constipation diahrea etc) and more recently for the last 6 months i've been getting really sick with diahrea, feeling week, constipation, never finishing a bowel mouvement etc Each time I have diahrea I get a skin rash that starts on my hands and ends up everywhere...

Because I was checking around the web and one site said that it was really low in gluten, so that it was ok to eat even if your intolerant to it...That's why I didn't realy know...

So...does cheese have Gluten in it or not? I'm confuzed I thought that Gluten was the protein in cereals like wheat, oats....etc How could cheese have gluten?

Hi, I'm pretty new to this and I wasn't sure if Kamut is Gluten Free or not. Can anyone tell if it is?
