Hello, my 3yo son has igg antitransglutaminaz elevated 19...what does it mean..he doesn't have celiac digestive manifestations..k noticed that when he eat gluten products next day he has atopic dermatitis and keratosis pilar like lesions

Hello, my 3yo son has igg antitransglutaminaze elevated 19.7..what does it mean..he doesn't have celiac digestive manifestations..i've noticed that when he eat gluten products next day he has atopic dermatitis and keratosis pilar like lesions and the stool is a little bit hard, and smelly flatulence. This manifestations also appear when he eats gluten free...
