After a bout of diarrhea, a few weeks ago i got a wierd tight binding feeling in my upper gut below my ribcage. Shortly after I had immobilizing pain and constipation for days. finally relieved with limiting diet and taking laxatives. stools were soft and noticeably paler than usual. I haven't quite recovered 100%. it happened again this week after eating...
