ARCHIVED Soy Milk/rice Milk?

I've been on strict gluten-free diet for around 8 mths now but still getting symptoms - must be missing something. Then just read today rice and soy milks can be made from barley enzymes in the production process and not indicated on label? How do I find out if this is the case? Thanks
