Hey y’all! why is it that whenever I have been exposed to gluten, part of my symptoms include an intense sugar craving!!!! I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love sweets. But after being glutened I NEED it. I have to really try hard not to overindulge. am I alone in this???? And why!
