Hello everyone, I'm looking for any information I can get on living with celiac disease. My husband was just DX with it yesterday, he still has to have the blood assay's done, but that will happen within the next week. I am an RN and I had to run, not walk to find out exactly what Celiac Disease is. I am floored to note the number of diet limitations...
