    hello everyone i haven't been on in awhile . But now i need some help! im making mashed potatoes and i need a gravy! Does anyone know a good recipe. i tried a couple of nights ago but it just didn't work. how do i thicken the gravy?? cornstarch? potatoe starch can someone help!!! thank you

    I just made yummy waffles with pamelas pancake and baking mix they were so good. i used milk instead of water to get a richer flavor and they turned out yummy!.     My migrains i think have been worse since gluten free and its only been like 2 mos. Im getting migrains all the time. i take 50mg. of Topamax in the morning and i get a headache or migrain by 1 or 2. Sometime if its bad i try Aleve or Excedrin but nothing works. I drink water. i try a migrain stick. almost evrything. any one have any tips?

    Ive been getting constant headaches or migrains. well i take migrain medicine Topamax 75mg. a day. and my headaches or migrains are still bad.     I want to thank everyone so much for the help!! Celiac disease is so overwelming. I love to cook & thank god my mother left me with the passion to cook which i love!!! Its just the flours in the cooking gluten free that confuse me!. I dont think i have any other intolerances other than gluten. my GI doctor didnt tell me i had any other intolerances...
