Hello. I’m a concerned mother of a 7yo with stomach issues. I started him on a gluten free diet (after getting no direction from his doctor) to see if it would help. He’s supposed to have a blood test today for celiac and I want to be sure it will be accurate. He’s only been gluten free for five days. Thoughts?
