  4. Although not officially intolerent to dairy and peanuts, I do avoid because sometimes I think I am intolerent. I got most of my weight back with milkshakes and MM peanuts, but was looking for a different alternative, may go with Hersheys Chocolate Bars. Thanks
  5. Anybody know of any weight gain shakes I could use to add weight. Something I could buy like at a GNC or Walmart. Or something I can just add between meals that has a ton of calories. Thanks!!!
  6. Can someone give me an idea of high calorie shakes or foods that I can have that do not use milk?I was heavy on Carnation Instant Breakfast inbetween meals, but my UC acted up and need to stay away from milk. Would Soy milk be an option?

  11. Does anyone ever get occasional indigestion, even when supposedly being on a strict gluten free diet?
  12. I have been very careful with the diet, but recently I have indigestion or what I call food in throat. Does this happen to us on occasion no matter what? What can I take to relieve the "food in thoat feel" It is had to get "new food" down.
