Grilling out for 20th reunion, would like a bun with burger, any great from scratch Hamburger Bun recipes? I tried that fantastic bread recipe posted on this forum, great for bread, how about for buns?? Thanks

Although not officially intolerent to dairy and peanuts, I do avoid because sometimes I think I am intolerent. I got most of my weight back with milkshakes and MM peanuts, but was looking for a different alternative, may go with Hersheys Chocolate Bars. Thanks -

Can someone give me an idea of high calorie shakes or foods that I can have that do not use milk?I was heavy on Carnation Instant Breakfast inbetween meals, but my UC acted up and need to stay away from milk. Would Soy milk be an option? -

Does anyone ever get occasional indigestion, even when supposedly being on a strict gluten free diet? -
I have been very careful with the diet, but recently I have indigestion or what I call food in throat. Does this happen to us on occasion no matter what? What can I take to relieve the "food in thoat feel" It is had to get "new food" down.
