I would like to know if any of you can tell me if deoderant and shaving cream contains gluten

Hi looking for someone from Louisiana that may know if there is a gluten free flour that can be used to make roux for gumbo. I have tried a couple of flours but it didn't work. Anybody will do it's just gumbo is mostly a Louisiana dish so that's why i specified LA.

looking for suggestions on detergents for laundering, shampoos, and soaps. my husband has DH and i don't know what to look for as far as chemicals and additives in these items. did purchase dove shampoo.
