    I like to be active playing sports (Softball, volleyball, basketball, raquetball, or swimming) in my free time. I also like spending time with family and my dog Nikki (Cocker Spaniel). I enjoy meeting people, especially someone with Celiac. I like to bake mostly deserts that are gluten-free and taste good. There are too many gluten-free foods out there that have no taste and I won't eat something that doesn't taste good.

    I had a sleep study done at Hershey Medical Center, I was diagnoised with Excessive Daytime Sleepiness. They do an excellant study and it is one of the top study centers. I have been put on Adderall, and have been doing better. The doctor has linked mine to insulin resistance and I also just recently started taking Glucafage. He doesn't have enough Celiac...
