Is Italian dressing Gluten free and also read prosseced meats are out but looking at a package of Hillshire farms Deli select lunch meat I can't see anything in there that has gluten.

Hi just found out this week I haveCeliac and trying to learn as much as I can, and meet some new people. Looks like this diet thing is going to a little tough for me in the start. Have alot of questions and don't go to the doctor again till Nov. 17th. looks like a great site.
