Thanks to all of you. I have tried about 95% of your suggestions. I was under the impressiont that Fritos were on a cross-cantamination list. So far the best thing that we have found for good snacky foods are premaking goodies and freezing them until we need them. Thanks again!

I too have been on the fence with Amy's since they don't have a dedicated gluten-free plant. Dana Korn came to my area to talk to a group of Celiac/gluten-free people and I brought up Amy's gluten-free products and everyone there (10 or so people) said they have not had any bad experiences with Amy's.

Oh, this is a sensitive subject with me. I am a very protective father of my daughter's Celiac and once McDonalds was discovered as flat out lying about their fries containing gluten I all together boycotted them. My daughter was diagnosed at 2 years old. At that time she was forming DH and what seemed like every food allergy short of nut that there was. After we got her gluten-free, we noticed her skin clearing up and as she healed, she was able to eat any gluten-free food she wanted.
