Thanks Gods gal, I love your handle. As they say if at first you don’t succeed.....eh? Always learning what an intriguing post. Thanks so much for the replies, what a friendly bunch. Trents I am certainly aware of the mercury issue in fish but will only adjust my diet if yearly blood tests show any concerns. I think the Mediterranean like diet I'm on is most delicious eating sardines, salmon, prawns, calamari, white fish and more. Nothing better than beautiful seafood and glass... -
