I too am new to all this but in this ongoing process found a book called "the Complete Food Allergy Cookbookd" by Marilyn Gioannini that had how to deal with the elimination diet stuff...kinda confusing...but it had a lot of good info in it... Right now i am just mostly reading everyones posts and trying to figure out how to use this forum as i have never...
