Lol, no not in place of! It will be 2 years in Feb receiving the diagnosis. Took me a bit to accept, I was a big bread and beer person. Top it off, also a diabetic, which is probably the door opener for celiac. Am on a quest to better health for quality of life.

Has anyone tried Qi Gong for their celiac? If so, would you post some links? thanks
