I avoid gluten one hundred percent but still suffer with problems and I wonder if it’s cross contamination from somewhere. I came across some supplements on Amazon containing “Glutalytic” , this can apparently help with calming celiac symptoms if accidental cross contamination was to occur. Has anyone had any experience with this ? Thank you x...
