When I google this, I get recipes for Chinese food... I have an entire dishpak box of all the dishes and serving dishes for 12 in my mother's China. She was NOT gluten free (bought in the 40's and 50's). These are NOT glass dishes, but fine china. Can they be made gluten free? Thanks for the advice.
