Yes, that the air will circulate and contaminate gluten free food, I may have been reading too much on Facebook group where they say once gluten food is used in a portable air fryer you can no longer use it for gluten-free foods

Son just bought this and it has an internal air fryer, I am assuming its not safe to eat food cooked with this option
