I realize that this is a little after the fact but it might help someone in the future. I work every week in the Coachella Valley area. In Palm Desert off of Monterey and the I10 freeway, there is a nutritional store called Clarks. They have a very good deli that offers gluten free breads and a variety of other goodies.
