  1. I did testing and was diagnosed 7 years ago. Since my diagnosis I've seen a GI doctor once. I don't see any strong reason why testing is necessary. If you try the diet for a while, start to feel better - usually if you eat gluten again it'll make you feel horrible. Just be sure that you are completely gluten free. I do go to my GC once a year and have...
  2. Reply that you are coming but I don't think you need to announce that you won't be eating. Just eat before and bring a snack bar in your purse.
  3. There are a couple of Mexican Restaurants in Houston that do gluten-free menu's and it looks like they keep it all gluten-free except for flour tortillas. 9. I floss every day. Flax seed oil is a regular part of my diet. (So is olive oil) I'll only purchase all natural, organic, no additative beef or chicken (despite the price ) I choose organic/all natural over regular just about every time. I rarely eat corn syrup.
  10. Could some of your symptoms be from Gastritis? I just got diagnosed with both a few months ago so I can't say if going to get worse or better. Soda, caffeine, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, and tomato sauce really set it off. Of course I’m not saying it’s not gluten…. That is very likely.
