Hi Lyns! I don’t have a solution to this, but am experiencing what you describe, down to the same amount of time gluten-free. My main symptoms are heartburn, a sour stomach, and excess belching. I was on medication for the reflux before going gluten-free…neither one alone seemed to resolve it, but both together have helped a lot. Like you, I’m hoping that more time will help us heal…keep hanging in there to us both!!
