I can't figure out where to post this. I need to use a mix with wheat in it, and I heard I could ingest gluten from wheat that gets airborne. That may explain my minor difficulties. I'm trying to find out whether people have had success with using surgical masks to keep the gluten out. Should it be posted somewhere else? Thanks! Barbara
