If anybody is still interested, I have a celiac/gluten free house swap for the winter in Brattleboro, Vermont. It's a 2BR/1.5 bathroom house, very nicely set up with a new queen sized Avocado bed and a Casper full size, in addition to several Japanese style folding mats for kids and/or additional guests.
