This is the first time that I am going camping since being dx with celiac disease. I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for funnel cake. We have always had this when camping and it will be very difficult to watch everyone else eat my favorite dessert and not be able to have any. Thanks Debbie

There's always In and Out. I talked to a representative from there and for their hamburgers just order the protein burger (it's what they call it when not having the bun) they couldn't guarentee the sauce in case they happen to change it so just order it without the sauce and use thier Heinz ketchup. They only thing they are allowed to fry in the fryer...

The food we got is gluten-free. I found it through the OC celiac group. Even the clerk there was knowledgable about it and was able to tell people which ones were gluten-free and which ones were not. It's by Elizabeth Howards Curtain Call Theatre on El Camino Real at the El Camino Plaza. It's call the OC Kosher Market. Enjoy Debbie
