ARCHIVED gluten-free Restaurants In Jacksonville?

Does anyone know of good restaurants in Jacksonville (especially at the beaches) that are gluten free? I know like Outback and Carrabbas but any other good "hidden treasures"? I LOVE mexican food, so any of those suggestions would be great too!
