    Hi there everyone, have been gone for quite some time, and many tests later with obvious positive results, but have a biopsies coming up and was wondering who has had the endoscope and what it was like, I have had a colonoscopy and found that ok, but I have worse a problem with people numbing my throat I have panic attacks when i cant feel parts of me! thanks

    It helps alot to hear what you guys went through and how it felt, sheds some light on my situation anyway even if its not due to celiac............just knowing it can get better. Very irritating to feel like your alot older than you are and its not going to change. Hopefully being gluten-free after some time will help heal some issues Ive been having!

    haha yeah i thought about baking for others and realized, hell Ill just inhale it all anyway right? i have a stainless steel collander so yeah should be good i usually scrub it and handwash then d/w anyway so prob safe there lol. wow i have alot to learn lol. by the time im done I may be 50 though lol

    Oh My God! thats right also! I didnt even think of that but even when not pregnant also.     Yeah I figured out how to search with "keywords" here yesterday and found some people talking about the issue after I posted, of course ! I do plan on getting these things for myself, knives with reg handles since mine are wood and in a wood holder, a muffin pan, baking sheet and pan, cheap toaster and soon a breadmachine that will cook the bread in it...

    I can understand needing a toaster for myself, totally get that one. WHat about baking and cooking my food ina regular conventional oven as long as I use a clean pan or should I get pans just for my food? cooking eggs I would assume I can use a regular frying pan as long as its clean ......I went to make a gluten-free pizza (frozen) and cried bc I didnt...

    whats also strange for is this morning for the first time in a extremely long time, I woke not to blowing nose , very odd for me. Usually blamed on electric heat....... like I said only on day 4 gluten free but a minor difference that is a relief.     Raven I got you there, I did tell my mother, siblings to get tested and will be getting my daughter tested. Unfortunately, my mother I know will never go gluten free even if she was diagnosed, I have a feeling very strong that she does have celiac disease and my brother also.     the taco mix I used was in a box set , it was ummmm something eatin, wasnt mccormick unfortunately but I know better now. Already bought butter ect, a new toaster oven yeah lol I kinda figured it was impossible to do that. Cant wait to have my pebbles lol!     yeah the whole kissing thing lol. I was afraid to let him kiss me last night, especially after those flour tortillas he likes soooo much:) go figure! As for the toaster oven I have, is it possible to clean that since it was only really used for toast and use that and buy a reguilar toaster for the family? or would I be taking a risk? wooden utensils yeah...

    I am just very new to this and surprised and relieved to see how people have joined in for the shopping list blog, I dont know about everyone else but this has really already helped helped a bunch so much it made me cry! I couldnt imagine being able to safely eat my favorite childhood cereal fruity pebbles lol and it be ok. Are people sure this is ok lol...

    was wondering if anyone else has taken the prescribed prenatal vinate ll and or if they know it contains gluten, Ive looked into several online lists and cant seem to find it on a gluten free list or a list saying it contains gluten nor have I been able to just look up the vitamin itself and see any of its ingredients that hold it together??? any ideas? ...

    I know before I was diagnosed with celiac I was told to avoid all msg for reactions, example: chinese food because I felt so terrible after I ate it, neck pain, light headed heart palps and severe fatigue and of course other minor things but now I wonder if it was the celiac? but otherwise there is a list of symptoms in reaction to forms of msg here is that...

    Im newly diagnosed , but as far as I thought the true way to diagnose is through intestinal biopsy correct? I had the celiac panel as far as I know (blood test) and what my doc said was one was normal not sure which, next was above normal and last was abnormally high so what was suggested is gluten free diet, vitamin levels checked next week, referral...

    I am extremely new to this and have been reading so much I would greatly appreciate a straight forward answer , I can use white sugar, splenda, sweet n low, all that right??
