Just found out my husband has celiac and we need a doctor. Live in the very Southwest corner of MO, thus Kansas, Arkansas and Oklahoma are an option for us. Does anyone know someone in the medical field that can help? Also, any good places to shop for gluten-free? We have a small whole food store but the prices are horrific! Maybe that is inevitable....
