I have read a lot about entero lab and Dr Fine. A lot of people are concern that Dr Fine has not published his work. The food industry would rip him apart if his report suggested that 80% of the population is gluten intolerant. Doctors are not going to want to deal with the food industry either. So, I suggest do what is best for you.
