I've asked about this on another celiac list and was told to avoid "sorbitol", I guess because it has gluten in it? But, I thought I saw sorbitol in the ingrediens list for Altoids. does anyone know about sorbitol, or if altoids are or are not gluten free? thank you -- susan flinn
