I use Bob's red Mill All purpose gluten-free baking flour to make all my gravies and sauces it works exactly the same as regular flour, my family can't even tell the difference.

I live in San Antonio and it is true you cannot take food into sea world, I always eat before we go there, normally at Wendy's, we also have PF chang's here and they have a gluten free menu and it is very good, I hope you enjoy your trip.

I Have heard from some of my european friends that Amstel Light beer is gluten free, it does not contain any wheat, I have contacted Amstel and waiting for a reply, has anyone heard this?? Thanks
