You're post is from forever ago, but I just want to make sure you know about Try Maggiano's little Italy in Brentwood by the Galleria. They have a great gluten free pasta and the chef will come to your table so you get to pick a sauce that you can be asured is gluten free. And all the salad dressings are gluten free too. I've been on a gluten free diet now for 7 months, initially I started to lose pants sizes because I lost all the bloating from eating gluten. Now though, it seems like I'm starting to put on weight even though I'm continuing on a gluten free diet. Is this possible and normal? I had my gallbladder out in December could that have something to do with it? I...
